Jeff runs the jobs himself. The person who walks your home and writes your estimate is the same person running the crew and signing off the finished remodel — no hand-off to whoever's free.
Shark Homes is owner-run by Jeff Schointuch, who founded the company in 2013.
One licensed contractor, accountable
As a licensed North Carolina general contractor, we coordinate every trade — framing, plumbing, electrical, tile and finishes — under one roof, so the work is sequenced right and one person stands behind it.

A clear, written estimate first
You get a written estimate setting out the work before anything starts, so you know what's included. If the scope changes once we're underway, we talk it through before we act — not after.

A remodel needn't take over the house. We protect the space while we work and clean up as we go, so you can keep living in your home while the project runs.
