How we work
Four steps, and no surprises at any of them.
A remodel is a big thing to trust someone with. Here’s exactly how a project runs with Shark Homes — what happens at each stage, and what you get back — so there are no unknowns before you pick up the phone.
01
Walk-through and honest advice
Jeff comes out, looks at the space properly and talks through what's realistic — the scope, the sequence and a sensible timeline. There's no charge for the visit and no pressure to take on more than you need.
What you get at this stage
A no-charge walk-through, honest advice, and a realistic view of the scope, sequence and likely timeline.
02
A clear, written estimate
You get a written estimate laying out the work before anything starts, so you know what's included. If the scope changes once we're underway — as it often does on older homes — we talk it through before we act, not after.
What you get at this stage
A clear written estimate setting out the work — with any mid-build scope changes talked through before we act.
03
The build — one licensed crew
Demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinets and finishes, sequenced by one licensed contractor so the trades follow in the right order. The site is protected while we work and cleaned up as we go, so your home stays livable.
What you get at this stage
An on-time build, worked efficiently, with the site protected and cleaned up every evening before we leave.
04
Finished, cleaned and walked
We don't call a remodel done until it's genuinely finished. Jeff walks the completed space with you, sorts any punch-list items, and leaves it clean — ready to live in.
What you get at this stage
A genuinely finished remodel, cleaned and handed back — and an open door to book the next phase whenever you’re ready.

The part most people never see — the planning and sequencing that keeps a build on schedule
